Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate lectures, seminars, and tutorials in Insurance and related management science courses.
- Assist in the development, evaluation, and updating of curriculum and course materials.
- Conduct high-quality academic research and publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Supervise undergraduate student projects, research papers, and academic activities.
- Provide academic advising, mentorship, and career guidance to students.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committees, meetings, and academic events.
- Possession of a First Degree with a minimum of a Second Class Upper Division in Insurance or a closely related discipline, or a Second Class Lower Division coupled with a completed PhD.
- Must hold a Master's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, or a closely related field.
- Must be currently enrolled in a PhD program with verifiable progress.
- Demonstrated evidence of strong teaching potential and active research interests.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
