Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate lectures, seminars, and practical laboratory sessions in accordance with the university curriculum.
- Design, update, and develop course materials, lesson plans, and instructional resources for science education students.
- Conduct high-quality academic research and publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed local and international journals.
- Supervise undergraduate student research projects, teaching practices, and academic field assignments.
- Participate actively in continuous departmental assessments, curriculum reviews, and university accreditation processes.
- Mentor and advise students on academic progression, career pathways, and moral discipline in alignment with the university motto.
- Perform administrative duties and community service assignments as delegated by the Head of Department or Dean of the College.
- Possession of a minimum of a Master’s degree in the relevant field from a recognized and accredited university.
- Area of Specialization: Biology Education, Chemistry Education, Computer Science Education, Educational Technology, or Mathematics Education.
- Evidence of ongoing or completed doctoral (PhD) studies will be considered a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated potential for academic research, scholarly publications, and effective classroom instruction.
