Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for undergraduate students in Computer Science.
- Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and curriculum components aligned with modern technological standards.
- Assess, grade, and provide constructive feedback on student assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Supervise undergraduate student research projects and provide academic advising and mentorship.
- Conduct independent and collaborative research, publishing findings in reputable peer-reviewed academic journals.
- Participate in departmental, faculty, and university committee meetings as well as community service initiatives.
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
- Demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching, research, and academic administration.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills suited for a dynamic academic environment.
- Membership in relevant professional bodies (e.g., CPN, NCS) will be an added advantage.
- Prior teaching or research experience in a tertiary institution is highly desirable.
