Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging undergraduate lectures, seminars, and tutorials in various areas of Business Administration.
  • Design, update, and evaluate course materials, syllabi, and curriculum structures to meet modern educational standards.
  • Supervise undergraduate research projects, dissertations, and academic fieldworks.
  • Conduct high-quality, peer-reviewed research and publish findings in reputable academic journals.
  • Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committees, meetings, and academic events.
  • Provide mentorship, academic counseling, and career guidance to students.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
  • Progress towards or completion of a Ph.D. will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated potential for academic research and scholarly publications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing digital learning management systems and modern educational technology.
