Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and tutorials in Arts and Social Science Education undergraduate programs.
- Develop and update course curricula, teaching materials, and innovative assessment methods.
- Supervise undergraduate student research projects and provide academic advising and mentorship.
- Conduct impactful research and publish scholarly articles in peer-reviewed academic journals.
- Participate in departmental meetings, faculty committees, and university community service initiatives.
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Arts and Social Science Education or a closely related discipline from a recognized university.
- Demonstrated potential for effective teaching and academic research.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Membership in relevant professional educational bodies is an added advantage.
