Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and tutorials for undergraduate Accounting students.
- Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and curriculum content in line with university standards.
- Evaluate student performance through continuous assessments, assignments, and examinations.
- Conduct high-quality academic research and publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Provide academic advising, mentoring, and career guidance to students.
- Participate in departmental meetings, committee works, and university community service initiatives.
- Possess a good Bachelor degree (Second Class Honours or above) in Accounting or a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Must hold a Master degree in Accounting or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated potential for teaching, research, and academic leadership.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Membership in relevant professional bodies such as ICAN or ANAN will be an added advantage.
