Key Responsibilities- Assist the lead teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering effective daily lessons.
- Support classroom management to ensure a safe, orderly, and positive learning environment.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing individualized support where necessary.
- Help prepare teaching aids, classroom materials, and learning resources.
- Engage with students, encourage participation, and foster positive social interactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development programs.
- Minimum of a B.Ed, B.A, or B.Sc in Education or a relevant academic subject.
- Prior teaching or classroom support experience will be a distinct advantage.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated proficiency in classroom management and student engagement.
- Self-driven, highly dedicated, and deeply passionate about early childhood or primary education.
- Must currently reside in Awka, Anambra State.
