About the Role
ProDevs is a premier global talent and technology company helping businesses build, hire, and scale with trusted technical talent. We are currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Asset, Credit & Finance Manager to oversee the financial controls, credit operations, and performance tracking of our vehicle portfolio under ProTaxi. In this pivotal role, you will ensure optimal financial health, manage driver credit risk, and drive profitability across our asset lifecycle in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and administer robust driver credit and qualification criteria.
- Verify guarantors, income sources, references, and required documentation.
- Approve or recommend eligible drivers before vehicle assignment.
- Track repayment performance and manage arrears for every assigned vehicle.
- Initiate early recovery actions promptly where repayment performance deteriorates.
- Maintain a comprehensive per-vehicle P&L covering acquisition cost, revenue, energy, maintenance, insurance, and downtime.
- Reconcile driver settlements and platform transactions accurately.
- Manage basic payroll, vendor payments, and operating reconciliations.
- Produce detailed weekly portfolio and financial performance reports.
- Liaise effectively with external accountants and legal advisers as required.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience across asset finance, lending, leasing, credit operations, or finance operations.
- Direct experience in vehicle finance or mobility asset management is a strong advantage.
- Professional certification such as ICAN/ACCA or active progress toward qualification is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial reporting and P&L management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong risk management capabilities.
- Competitive monthly compensation ranging from ₦500,000 to ₦650,000.
