We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Finance Business Partner to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to Business Unit Executives, leveraging financial insights to optimize performance, manage risks, and steer business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Business Unit Executives to provide actionable financial insights that drive performance and strategic growth.
  • Support the development and execution of business strategies by assessing financial viability and forecasting outcomes.
  • Establish, monitor, and challenge performance targets, ensuring alignment between financial objectives and operational realities.
  • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results, identifying growth areas and cost-optimization opportunities.
  • Assess financial risks associated with business decisions and recommend robust mitigating strategies.
  • Facilitate the annual budgeting exercise, reviewing macroeconomic indices, interest rates, and inflation trends to determine applicable product rates.
  • Champion digital tools and automation to streamline financial analysis, planning, and reporting activities.
  • Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and robust risk management frameworks.
Qualifications
  • First Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Science, or Engineering.
  • Master's Degree and/or professional certification in Accounting or Finance (e.g., ACA, CFA).
  • Demonstrated experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategic business partnering within the financial sector.
  • Strong analytical mindset with deep proficiency in evaluating macroeconomic trends and financial data.
