Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver engaging, comprehensive arts curricula aligned with school educational standards.
- Inspire and guide students in various artistic mediums, including drawing, painting, crafts, and digital art integration.
- Create a stimulating, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages creative risk-taking and self-expression.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual artistic growth.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to integrate arts into cross-curricular projects and school events.
- Maintain art studio equipment and ensure all materials are safe, organized, and properly utilized.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Education, Art Education, or a related field.
- Proven teaching experience in an elementary or secondary school setting within Nigeria.
- Strong passion for fostering creativity, digital innovation, and value-based learning in young minds.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
