Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and structured Art and Design lessons to students across various grade levels.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and foster practical artistic skills.
- Guide students in utilizing various mediums, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and digital arts.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to encourage continuous improvement.
- Organize school art exhibitions, displays, and creative workshops to showcase student talent.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-equipped art studio environment conducive to learning and creativity.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and participate in school-wide activities and staff meetings.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
- Alternatively, a National Certificate in Education (NCE) with a strong focus on Art and Design.
- A valid Teaching License or Certification (TLS) is highly preferred.
- Certificate of Equivalency, where applicable for foreign or alternative qualifications.
- A minimum of two years of proven teaching or relevant professional art education experience.
