About the Role
Lucky Fibres Limited, renowned for Nobel Carpets and our market-leading premium hair extension brand Lush Hair, is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Area Sales Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving regional sales growth, enhancing brand visibility, and expanding our market footprint across Nigeria by leading high-performing sales teams and cultivating strategic distributor relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive area sales plans to consistently achieve or exceed regional revenue targets.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value distributors, retail outlets, and channel partners.
- Monitor, manage, and mentor field sales representatives to optimize performance and productivity.
- Maintain robust relationships with key customers to drive long-term brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct frequent market visits to evaluate product visibility, inventory levels, competitor activities, and consumer feedback.
- Provide continuous training and guidance to field teams regarding product knowledge and advanced selling techniques.
- Gather critical market intelligence and report emerging trends, opportunities, and operational challenges to senior management.
- Ensure the seamless and timely execution of promotional campaigns and in-store activation activities.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics and generate accurate, insightful reports.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of proven sales experience within the FMCG, cosmetics, or beauty industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Comprehensive understanding of Nigerian distribution channels, retail dynamics, and regional trade routes.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness and readiness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Familiarity with hair care industry trends and fluency in local languages and cultural nuances of the territory.
