We are currently looking for a dynamic and strategic Area Manager to oversee our operations in Eket and Oron. In this vital role, you will be the driving force behind our regional expansion, steering commercial success and empowering communities through innovative renewable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and coach Territory Sales Executives to consistently achieve and exceed sales and repayment targets.
- Drive aggressive customer acquisition, product adoption, and sustainable revenue growth within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute comprehensive area sales strategies aligned with overall company business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end sales performance, inventory control, and robust customer relationships.
- Recruit, train, and build high-performing field sales teams capable of thriving in a competitive market environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; possession of an MBA will be an added advantage.
- 5 to 10 years of progressive sales experience, including at least 4 years in a dedicated management or leadership role.
- Proven industry experience in Telecom, FMCG, Microfinance, Insurance, Renewable Energy, or related sectors.
