About the Role
Allied Food and Confectionery Services Limited, the home of the best food brands in Nigeria, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee our Burger King operations in the South-South region. In this exciting leadership role, you will be instrumental in introducing our customers to the food they love while ensuring uncompromising quality, operational excellence, and utmost customer satisfaction across multiple store locations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage training records, materials, schedules, and staff development programs to foster a high-performing workforce.
- Ensure timely completion of operational schedules and required regulatory documentation.
- Maintain and exceed strict standards for QSC, REV, CXI, QA, training, and financial audits.
- Drive sales growth, implement local store marketing initiatives, manage P&L, control costs, and conduct thorough performance analysis.
- Oversee people development initiatives, inventory management, and operational controls.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data-driven decision-making.
- Sound working knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety standards.
