About the Role
Betgr8 is a leading gaming and entertainment platform offering sports betting, casino games, and virtual products across Nigeria and broader African markets. We combine robust online services with an expanding physical footprint of retail betting shops to deliver a seamless gaming experience. As we scale our nationwide presence, we are looking for dynamic and results-driven Area Managers to spearhead our retail growth, optimize shop performance, and expand our agent network across assigned territories in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Scout, recruit, and onboard new retail agents and betting shops within the assigned geographical location.
- Manage day-to-day betting shop operations and agent relationships to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement effective growth strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Ensure strict adherence to company operational guidelines, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support strategic brand visibility initiatives, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities on-site.
- Deliver comprehensive performance reports, actionable market insights, and strategic recommendations to management.
- Proven experience in gaming industry retail operations, with direct background in sports betting or fintech considered a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide agents.
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in generating detailed operational reports.
