About the Role
White Crust Limited, a leading lending company providing quick and convenient personal and small business loans, is looking for a dynamic Architect to join our team as a General Maintenance Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate all general maintenance activities, ensuring our facilities and structures are properly maintained to support our growing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the general maintenance team.
- Inspect buildings, facilities, and structures regularly to identify defects and maintenance needs.
- Plan, oversee, and manage repair, renovation, and maintenance projects.
- Ensure proper maintenance and optimal functioning of all company infrastructure and equipment.
- Prepare proactive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Monitor contractors and maintenance staff to guarantee high-quality work delivery.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety regulations, and organizational standards.
- Prepare regular reports on facility conditions, maintenance activities, and ongoing repairs.
- Recommend cost-effective solutions and improvements for facility management.
- Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in facility management or maintenance supervision.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance systems and construction practices.
- Proven leadership, team management, and supervisory skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and architectural or design software is an added advantage.
