About the Role
Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company specializing in the maintenance of high-rise building facilities, with our office located in Victoria Island, Lagos. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Architect Engineer to join our professional team and drive excellence in building design and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Control projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative, and functional design.
- Work closely with clients to determine specific requirements for various building projects.
- Develop initial estimates regarding structural costs, building timelines, and special requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and overall quality.
- Prepare detailed drawings showing both the appearance and interior structure, including plumbing, ventilation, and electrical systems.
- Ensure that all works are strictly carried out in accordance with specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.
- Comply with all safety standards and local planning regulations at all times.
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture or any other related course of study.
- 3 to 6 years of proven work experience as an architect with a specific specialty in high-rise buildings.
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and other relevant computer-aided design programs.
- Familiarity with operational HSE support for all site activities and construction phases.
