Key Responsibilities- Assist senior team members in developing innovative architectural designs, comprehensive plans, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare, modify, and refine architectural drawings using relevant industry-standard software.
- Support comprehensive project planning, routine site inspections, and active construction activities across various locations.
- Collaborate closely with structural engineers, general contractors, and other allied professionals to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Assist with technical documentation, reporting, and other architectural or project-related tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Building Technology, Construction, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant professional experience; passionate fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Basic working knowledge of architectural design principles, technical drawings, and modern construction processes.
- Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural design software is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong creative flair, and solid problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative member of a multidisciplinary team.
