About the Role
Pedini-Bosch Nigeria Limited, a renowned leader in luxury Italian kitchen design and modern architectural solutions, is looking for a talented Architect to join our dynamic team in Victoria Island, Lagos. In this role, you will lead the development of innovative architectural concepts, produce meticulous technical drawings, and ensure our projects reflect the highest standards of quality, aesthetics, and functionality.
Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for high-end residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Prepare precise floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction documentation in compliance with Lagos State planning regulations.
- Produce high-quality 3D models, renders, and visual presentations to effectively communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate seamlessly with structural engineers, contractors, and other consultants.
- Manage multiple project timelines and ensure all designs align with approved budgets and premium quality standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch); a Master's degree will be an added advantage.
- 5 to 10 years of proven professional experience in architectural design, real estate, or high-density Lagos developments.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and essential 3D or BIM software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or SketchUp.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian building regulations, Lagos planning requirements, and sustainable design practices.
- A robust portfolio showcasing completed or ongoing architectural projects.
