About the Role
Muksfar Lilies and Oasis College is an established Islamic co-educational institution dedicated to providing a comprehensive educational framework that seamlessly integrates Western academic standards with advanced Arabic and Islamic studies. Situated in Oluyole Extension, Ibadan, Oyo State, we are committed to nurturing faith, knowledge, and academic excellence. We are currently seeking a passionate, qualified, and experienced Arabic & Quran Teacher to join our dynamic team and help shape the moral and academic foundation of our pupils and students.
Key Responsibilities- Teach Arabic language, Quranic recitation, Tajweed, and Islamic studies to pupils and students across various grade levels.
- Prepare students comprehensively for major external examinations including Common Entrance, GCE, WAEC, NECO, and JAMB.
- Design engaging lesson plans that foster both spiritual growth and academic rigor in alignment with school standards.
- Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and individualized support to ensure academic success.
- Participate actively in school programs, extracurricular activities, and Islamic events organized by the institution.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning and moral development.
- Possession of a BSc, B.Edu, or HND in Arabic Studies, Islamic Studies, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable teaching experience in a reputable educational setting.
- Registration with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) will be a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional fluency in spoken and written Arabic, alongside a strong command of Quranic sciences.
- Proven track record of preparing students successfully for external examinations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for youth mentorship and Islamic education.
