About the Role
Lela Blossom School commenced full academic activities in September 2010 with the aim of providing quality and sound educational services that enable each child to function effectively in a rapidly changing society. We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years (Nursery) Teacher to join our dynamic team in Abuja and help lay a solid educational foundation for our young learners.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the approved nursery curriculum.
- Develop engaging and interactive presentations to support lesson delivery and stimulate young minds.
- Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback and support to students and parents.
- Participate in curriculum development, team meetings, and school events.
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven teaching experience in an early years or nursery school setting.
- Strong passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
