About the Role

Tribest Corporate Support Ltd is a leading corporate support solutions provider offering comprehensive human resource management and operational services. We are currently seeking a proactive and results-driven Apartment Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and administration of our residential property portfolio in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining high standards of tenant satisfaction, achieving optimal occupancy rates, and effectively managing facility operations while controlling operating costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the apartment complex, encompassing leasing, maintenance, and exceptional tenant relations.
  • Market vacant residential units effectively to maintain high occupancy rates and minimize vacancy periods.
  • Screen prospective tenants thoroughly, prepare lease agreements, and manage seamless move-in and move-out processes.
  • Collect rent and applicable charges promptly, proactively following up on any outstanding payments.
  • Coordinate routine maintenance, timely repairs, and property inspections with qualified technicians and vendors.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to tenant complaints, service requests, and facility emergencies.
  • Ensure full compliance with local health, safety, and building regulations.
  • Manage the assigned property budget, control operational expenses, and prepare detailed monthly financial and occupancy reports.
  • Supervise on-site support staff, including security personnel, cleaners, and maintenance workers.
  • Maintain accurate tenant records and comprehensive lease documentation.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or HND in Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in property, apartment, or facility management.
  • Strong working knowledge of tenancy laws and contemporary property management best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and handle financial reporting accurately.
