About the Role
MTN Nigeria, Africa's leading telecommunications company, is seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our Marketing division as an Analyst - CVM Operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the activities of outbound and inbound channels for campaign execution, ultimately aimed at reducing churn and increasing customer spend across our expansive subscriber base.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support in monitoring and tracking campaign performance over its complete lifecycle.
- Support inbound and outbound campaign management platforms for efficient campaign execution, deployment, and evaluation.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new Below The Line (BTL) offers.
- Assist in developing and executing BTL campaigns designed to generate incremental revenue and reduce customer churn.
- Write, edit, and proofread campaign scripts to ensure effective marketing communication and drive campaign uptake.
- Analyze outbound and inbound campaign results, offering actionable recommendations based on performance metrics.
- Provide continuous support for Campaign Management systems and communication channels.
- First degree in a relevant discipline.
- Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in a medium-sized organization within Campaign Management, Customer Service, or BTL Communications.
- Demonstrated experience working with databases within the telecommunications industry.
