We are currently looking for a smart, logical thinker to join our helpdesk team as a Business Analyst Intern and jumpstart an exciting career in enterprise technology.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-line helpdesk support and troubleshoot user issues related to enterprise systems.
- Interact professionally with clients across diverse global markets to understand their operational challenges.
- Assist senior consultants in documenting business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
- Explore emerging markets and industry sectors to gather insights that drive better project delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams to execute clearly defined tasks with minimal supervision.
- Recent university graduate holding a degree in the social sciences or a related discipline.
- Must be a fresh graduate currently awaiting mobilization for the mandatory NYSC program.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Proficiency in spoken French will be a tremendous advantage for our international operations.
- Strong computer literacy and a natural aptitude for learning new software and enterprise tools quickly.
- High level of emotional intelligence, a sharp intellect, and enthusiasm for tackling complex challenges.
