About the Role
Brilliant Performance Solutions Limited is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Air Conditioners and Electrical Maintenance Officer to join our dynamic facility management team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the optimal performance, safety, and reliability of our electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance systems across our facilities, delivering exceptional service and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various types of air conditioning units.
- Performing professional installations of new air conditioning systems and related components.
- Installing, inspecting, and replacing electrical wiring, lighting fixtures, control panels, breakers, and other electrical devices.
- Using specialized diagnostic devices such as ammeters, voltmeters, thermal scanners, and cable testers to resolve electrical issues.
- Interpreting technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals to plan and execute maintenance tasks effectively.
- Inspecting electrical and cooling systems regularly to ensure strict compliance with local safety regulations and building codes.
- Responding promptly to maintenance call-outs, handling customer queries, and completing assigned work orders in a timely manner.
- Preparing accurate cost estimates and meticulously documenting all completed work and materials used.
- Collaborating seamlessly with other technicians, general contractors, and internal team members to achieve facility objectives.
- Minimum of an OND or Trade School Certificate in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or a related technical field.
- At least 3 years of proven hands-on experience in electrical maintenance and air conditioning servicing.
- Demonstrated proficiency in reading technical blueprints and utilizing various diagnostic tools and power equipment.
