In this role, you will play a pivotal part in equipping the next generation of tech talent with cutting-edge artificial intelligence and workflow automation skills to thrive in the modern digital economy.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions on artificial intelligence, workflow automation tools, and related emerging technologies.
- Demonstrate real-world use cases of AI automation in various business and IT environments to bridge theory and practice.
- Guide learners successfully through practical, hands-on projects, coding exercises, and real-life problem-solving tasks.
- Develop and update structured course materials, including lecture slides, practical exercises, assessments, and comprehensive project guides.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to accommodate varying skill levels in the classroom.
- Utilize modern educational technologies and learning management systems to enhance the overall student learning experience.
- First Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a closely related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong, demonstrable knowledge of AI concepts, machine learning applications, and business process automation tools.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training, workshops, or academic courses in tech-related fields.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and classroom management skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
- Proficiency with modern digital learning tools, virtual presentation platforms, and interactive lab environments.
- Relevant professional certifications in AI, workflow automation, cloud computing, or related technologies will be an added advantage.
