About the Role

Key Responsibilities- Perform routine preventive maintenance, inspections, and servicing of Air Handling Units (AHUs), central HVAC systems, and industrial refrigeration equipment.
- Inspect, clean, and replace pre-filters, medium filters, and HEPA filters to maintain strict air quality and proper differential pressure.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration faults in industrial AC units and AHUs.
- Monitor temperature, humidity, and airflow levels across production floors to guarantee consistent and compliant environmental conditions.
- Check refrigerant levels, test for gas leaks, and recharge systems in strict accordance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of all maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts usage while adhering to EHS and PPE standards.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Vocational Trade Test (Grade 1/2) in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience working with AHUs, HVAC systems, and industrial AC units, preferably within a manufacturing or plant environment.
- Strong technical understanding of refrigeration cycles, single and three-phase electrical connections, and control panels.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Good physical fitness and problem-solving skills necessary for intensive plant operations and field maintenance.
