Key Responsibilities- Teach Biology and Agricultural Science using engaging, hands-on, and interactive teaching methods.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans that promote inquiry, critical thinking, and real-world problem-solving.
- Conduct practical farming sessions, school garden projects, and demonstrations to enhance student learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress regularly through assignments, tests, practical projects, and examinations.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, school administration, and parents to support holistic student development.
- Participate actively in school activities, extracurricular programs, and staff meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science, Education, or a closely related field.
- Relevant teaching certification and prior classroom experience in a recognized institution are strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to make agricultural concepts relatable and exciting for students of diverse abilities.
