Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Agricultural Science lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Demonstrate both theoretical agricultural concepts and practical farming techniques effectively.
- Manage classroom behavior to create a conducive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' academic progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Organize and supervise practical agricultural projects, school gardens, or related extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school management to improve teaching methods and student outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and grades.
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Agricultural Science or a related field with a relevant teaching qualification.
- Possession of a Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) certification is a strong added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable teaching experience in a recognized secondary school setting.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
