Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, learner-centred Agricultural Science lessons that cater to students with diverse learning needs.
- Utilise innovative and effective teaching methods to promote active learning, critical thinking, and practical agricultural skills.
- Assess, monitor, and document students' academic progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, parents, and school management to enhance overall student development and academic success.
- Maintain a safe, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to optimal learning and student engagement.
- Possess a Bachelor Degree in Agricultural Science or a closely related field from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Demonstrate 2 to 10 years of relevant secondary school teaching experience.
- Must possess or be currently processing a Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) certification or an education-related qualification.
- Possess strong classroom management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire learners.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication abilities, alongside strong interpersonal skills.
