Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging Agricultural Science lessons in line with the approved curriculum for day and boarding students.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to foster a positive, orderly, and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Supervise practical agricultural projects, school farm activities, and experiments to ensure hands-on learning.
- Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Participate in school devotions, extracurricular activities, and community events that align with our Christian values.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to enhance the overall academic and moral standard of the school.
- Minimum of an NCE or B.Ed in Agricultural Science or a related educational field.
- Proven teaching experience in a structured school environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
