About the Role
ARM Hold Co. is one of Nigeria's leading diversified financial services institutions, offering traditional asset management and specialized funds. We are looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to lead Agile delivery across our digital products and technology initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams, managing risks, and improving overall delivery predictability.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Agile delivery across cross-functional Product and Technology teams, facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Translate product roadmaps and strategic priorities into actionable delivery plans while monitoring progress and resolving blockers.
- Ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, Design, QA, and security stakeholders.
- Coordinate readiness for major product and technology releases, ensuring rigorous testing and operational readiness.
- Coach teams on effective Agile and Lean practices, driving measurable process improvements and self-organization.
- Provide clear visibility of delivery performance, metrics, risks, and forecasts to executive leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery, technology delivery, or product management within complex environments.
- Professional certifications such as CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, PRINCE2 Agile, or ICAgile are highly advantageous.
- Strong practical experience working with Scrum teams, managing dependencies, and coordinating digital product releases.
- Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in Financial Services, Banking, FinTech, or Asset Management is a strong advantage.
