About the Role

We operate as a shared infrastructure for the banking community, delivering innovative financial technology solutions across Africa. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Agency Processing Specialist to support the efficient processing, monitoring, and operational management of transactions across our agency banking platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage agency banking transaction processing across relevant platforms, ensuring high accuracy and adherence to service level agreements.
- Perform daily transaction reconciliation and support settlement processes, swiftly resolving discrepancies between banks, agents, and internal systems.
- Provide comprehensive operational support including agent onboarding, system configuration, parameter updates, and transaction limit adjustments.
- Investigate and resolve transaction disputes, customer complaints, failed transactions, and processing exceptions in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Generate and analyze operational, reconciliation, and performance reports to drive strategic business decisions.
- Ensure full compliance with established operational procedures, regulatory guidelines, and information security standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in agency banking, transaction processing, payments operations, or fintech environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
