About the Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic Aftersales Technical Supervisor to lead our workshop floor, manage technical escalations, ensure repair quality compliance, and optimize the turnaround time for all appliance maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and assign daily repair queues to the maintenance technicians to ensure optimal workflow.
- Handle complex technical faults on premium smart home appliances and consumer electronics.
- Train technical staff on new appliance models, safety standards, and advanced digital diagnostic tools.
- Interface directly with customers regarding high-level technical complaints and provide professional resolutions.
- Monitor and enforce repair quality compliance across the entire workshop floor.
- Possession of an HND or Bachelor Degree in a relevant engineering or technical field.
- Prior hands-on work experience in the home appliance or 3C electronics industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and repairing complex electronic systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a technical team.
