Key Responsibilities- Prepare compelling proposals and pitch documents to secure new business from prospective clients.
- Prepare accurate regulatory returns and maintain comprehensive knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Build, maintain, and manage precise investor and transaction databases.
- Manage day-to-day interactions and interfaces with clients and transaction parties.
- Extract, interpret, and present reliable financial data from diverse sources.
- Develop robust financial models and ensure seamless data input adhering to standard financial conventions.
- Perform comprehensive ECM and DCM valuations utilizing varied methodologies.
- Supervise proper documentation, filing records, and adhere strictly to transaction timelines and internal procedures.
- Assist with special ad-hoc projects, presentations, and strategic initiatives as assigned.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in financial advisory, investment banking, or capital markets.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Professional certification such as ICAN or ACCA is required.
- CFA certification or progress toward it is a strong added advantage.
- Deep and demonstrable knowledge of the Nigerian Capital Market.
- High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
