Glory Lucas Foundation is on a mission to transform mental health care in Nigeria and across Africa through targeted initiatives integrating awareness, advocacy, and access into key sectors like education, business, and hospitality. We are currently seeking a passionate and organized professional to join our team as an Admins & Volunteers Coordination specialist. In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our operational activities, ensuring our administrative systems run smoothly and our volunteer networks are effectively mobilized to support our life-changing mental health and economic well-being programs.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure efficient office workflow and documentation.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a diverse network of volunteers for various foundation events and outreach programs.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive databases for tracking volunteer participation, hours, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate logistics for workshops, advocacy campaigns, and community mental health sensitization drives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for volunteer inquiries, fostering a supportive and engaging community culture.
- Collaborate with project managers to align volunteer deployment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on administrative efficiency, volunteer engagement levels, and upcoming resource needs.
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in administrative duties, community organizing, or volunteer management.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools, office software, and database management systems.
