We are currently seeking a qualified, proactive, and experienced professional to fill the esteemed position of Deputy Registrar at our vibrant campus located in Mowe, Ogun State.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Registrar in the day-to-day administration and effective management of the Registry department.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate administrative support staff to ensure optimal productivity and service delivery.
- Coordinate statutory university meetings, including Senate and Council sessions, and accurately document proceedings.
- Manage sensitive student records, admissions processes, staff personnel files, and general university correspondence.
- Ensure strict compliance with university policies, statutory regulations, and academic governance standards.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to foster positive relationships and enhance institutional reputation.
- Must possess a good honours degree from a recognized and accredited university.
- A minimum of 12 years of continuous post-qualification administrative experience, specifically within a university or equivalent tertiary institution.
- Possession of a relevant Master's degree will be considered a distinct advantage.
