About the Role

DO.II Designs Ltd. is a premier luxury furniture manufacturing, interior design, and space planning firm catering to the high-end residential, hospitality, and corporate markets. With over 25 years of excellence rooted in quality, elegance, and sophistication, we are looking for a proactive Administrative Officer to supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our administrative team and facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal or external stakeholders.
  • Supervise daily administrative team activities and manage inter-departmental requests.
  • Oversee comprehensive facility maintenance, workspace safety, and minimal-downtime equipment repairs.
  • Ensure efficient power management across the national grid, generators, and inverters to optimize utility costs.
  • Monitor diesel availability, maintain precise usage logs, and submit detailed monthly consumption reports.
  • Negotiate favorably with vendors to secure cost reductions, extended payment terms, and optimal service quality.
  • Ensure the timely renewal of corporate licenses, vehicle particulars, and statutory operating permits.
  • Oversee physical and digital document management systems, security access controls, and corporate travel arrangements.

Qualifications
  • B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in administration or facility management, with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity.
  • Comprehensive understanding of office management procedures and high proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Exceptional negotiation, analytical, planning, and time-management capabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to thrive under pressure.
