About the Role

Jamub Group is a dynamic, non-cyclical Nigerian conglomerate delivering exceptional B2B, B2G, and B2C solutions across multiple industries. We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Administrative Manager to coordinate site administration, workforce management, logistics, and welfare for our major Gboko Road Construction Project. In this vital role, you will ensure a seamless operational environment that empowers our engineering and construction teams to execute successfully while upholding our stringent corporate governance and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities, communication, and resource availability at the Gboko Road Construction Project site.
  • Maintain accurate records of all partners, artisans, subcontractors, and security personnel, managing onboarding, attendance, and exit processes.
  • Oversee site accommodation, utilities, catering, sanitation, and logistics to guarantee optimal workforce welfare.
  • Manage approved administrative purchases, consumables, and asset records in alignment with company procurement guidelines.
  • Ensure rigorous document control, secure confidential information, and facilitate timely reporting to the Head Office, PMO, and HCM departments.
  • Collaborate with security personnel to monitor access control and swiftly escalate site incidents.
  • Enforce compliance with Jamub Group policies, internal audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of cognate administrative management experience, preferably within the construction, engineering, or heavy-duty project sector.
  • Strong working knowledge of workforce administration, site logistics, vendor management, and procurement processes.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing digital record-keeping systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding project-site environment.
