Maurice Xandra Solutions, a premier management consulting firm, is partnering with a leading cosmetics organisation in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry to hire a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative / Human Resources Officer. In this vital role, you will drive seamless daily operations and foster a positive workplace culture by bridging the gap between strategic HR initiatives and efficient administrative management within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily administrative activities to ensure smooth, efficient office operations across all departments.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for approved vacancies, including crafting job postings, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and handling offer management.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Nigerian labour laws, the Pension Reform Act, NSITF, and PAYE tax regulations.
  • Liaise effectively with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to guarantee optimal delivery of facility and office services.
  • Maintain comprehensive office asset registers, personnel files, and administrative records.
  • Support the implementation, review, and communication of internal administrative policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide reliable ad-hoc administrative support for company-wide projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience combining both Human Resources and administrative duties.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Solid working knowledge and practical understanding of the Nigerian Labour Act, statutory deductions, and employment regulations.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
