About the Role
Excellence Community Education Welfare Scheme (ECEWS) is a leading indigenous non-profit organization dedicated to improving access to qualitative healthcare, education, and economic strengthening services across Nigeria. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Associate to support our vital project operations and contribute to our mission of community transformation.
Key Responsibilities- Support daily administrative operations, including office coordination, logistics management, and facility upkeep.
- Assist in maintaining accurate administrative records, filing systems, and program documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and comprehensive logistics for meetings, workshops, and field activities.
- Assist with asset and inventory tracking to ensure accountability and proper resource utilization across departments.
- Contribute to the execution of approved milestone plans and quarterly performance targets, integrating services across health platforms.
- Provide general administrative support to program teams, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency.
- Possession of a first degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration or a closely related field.
- A minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within an NGO or health sector environment.
- Demonstrated organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in using standard office productivity software and tools.
