As our Executive Assistant, you will help the CEO of OBIDA focus on the decisions and creative direction that move the business forward, bringing crucial structure to our fast-moving team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Protect the CEO’s calendar, prioritize requests, and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Prepare comprehensive meeting briefs, capture key decisions, and follow action items through to completion.
  • Track CEO commitments, assign task owners, and flag potential risks before deadlines slip.
  • Coordinate seamless travel, logistics, stakeholder communications, and cross-functional projects.
  • Support operational and people-related coordination across the wider business.
  • Handle confidential administration, personal scheduling, and occasional professional errands with absolute discretion.

Qualifications
  • 4 to 8 years of total professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience supporting a founder or senior executive.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project and stakeholder coordination.
  • Exceptional skills in executive calendar prioritization and management.
  • Strong background in meeting preparation, commitment tracking, and action-item documentation.
  • Impeccable ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred: Prior experience in the fashion or creative business sector.
