We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our professional team and help maintain our commitment to excellence, integrity, and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the client experience to ensure high satisfaction, timely service delivery, and maximum patient retention.
  • Oversee daily administrative operations and maintain a healthy, efficient hospital management system.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance, safety protocols, waste disposal, and ward arrangements in line with health policies.
  • Communicate effectively with clinical teams, suppliers, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Monitor service quality levels and compile accurate weekly management reports.
  • Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all medical and office equipment is properly maintained.
  • Supervise security personnel to guarantee safety and compliance across the facility.
  • Perform standard clerical duties and handle communications with clients and partners.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, Management, or related courses.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Must be under 35 years of age.
  • Must reside in Lagos, preferably around Magodo Phase 2, Ketu, or easily accessible surrounding areas.
  • Willingness to work night shifts as required.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in office software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
