We are currently seeking a proactive, highly organized, and dedicated Admin Officer to join our dynamic team and ensure the seamless day-to-day operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations and oversee administrative activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Maintain comprehensive records, physical and digital files, and vital documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage executive schedules, and arrange strategic appointments.
  • Prepare accurate reports, professional memos, and official correspondence.
  • Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and effectively liaise with external vendors and service providers.
  • Support internal communication initiatives and facilitate smooth staff coordination across departments.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, petty cash management, and routine expense tracking.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree or HND in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 3 to 4 years of proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior working experience within the banking or financial services sector is highly required.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
