About the Role

iLEAD AFRICA is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and purpose-driven Admin & Finance Associate to join the iLEAD AFRICA Impact Associate Program 2026. As a nonprofit leveraging digital technology to empower marginalized communities and raise active digital citizens, we offer emerging professionals a unique platform to gain hands-on experience while contributing to democracy, youth development, and civic participation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations and office logistics to ensure seamless workflow across departments.
  • Assist in preparing, monitoring, and maintaining project budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with internal financial policies.
  • Coordinate procurement processes, liaise with vendors, and manage organizational inventory records.
  • Support human resources functions, including onboarding documentation, staff attendance records, and meeting scheduling.
  • Collaborate with the programs team to manage financial logistics for workshops, training sessions, and community events.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Strong passion for social impact, youth development, civic engagement, and digital innovation in Nigeria.
  • Basic understanding of financial management, bookkeeping, and administrative best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and digital collaboration tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
