About the Role

Kimberly Ryan is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Admin/Facility Manager to join our team in Nigeria. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day administrative and facility operations to ensure a seamless working environment.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, utilities, cleaning, security, and general upkeep.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, assets, and inventory levels efficiently.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor facility-related expenses and support cost-effective management of organizational resources.
  • Maintain accurate administrative, facility, and vendor records.
  • Coordinate office logistics, meetings, events, and other administrative requirements.
  • Ensure strict compliance with relevant health, safety, security, and facility standards.
  • Identify facility and administrative issues proactively and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and other departments as required.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Estate Management, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in administration and/or facilities management.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and coordination skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage vendors, contractors, and multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative tools.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound professional judgment.
