We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organized Admin Executive to join our dynamic team and provide exceptional high-level administrative and coordination support to ensure efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities, ensuring efficient office operations, documentation, records management, and timely follow-up on requests.
- Support assigned projects and initiatives by coordinating activities, tracking timelines and deliverables, maintaining project documentation, and providing progress updates.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, meeting materials, and other business documents as required.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and other corporate activities, including logistics, documentation, and follow-up on action items.
- Maintain organized filing and record-management systems, ensuring documents are accurate, accessible, and appropriately secured.
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and other external stakeholders to coordinate administrative requirements and assigned activities.
- Conduct research, collate information, maintain trackers, and provide administrative support for projects and business initiatives.
- Track assigned actions, approvals, deadlines, and deliverables and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, correspondence, and travel coordination.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a closely related field from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Minimum of four (4) years of proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Must possess a minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division (2:1) or equivalent GPA.
- Strong proficiency in office software, document management systems, and virtual collaboration tools.
