About the Role

Crovation Limited is a reputable real estate development firm established in 2014, known for delivering innovative, reliable, and affordable housing solutions in Nigeria. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin & Documentation Officer to support the seamless day-to-day operations of our expanding office. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining efficient administrative workflows, managing corporate documentation, and ensuring our workplace remains organized and professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily administrative tasks and coordinate smooth office operations.
  • Maintain accurate and secure physical and digital records for staff, clients, and company assets.
  • Draft, review, and format official correspondence, reports, memos, and letters.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage executive calendars, and facilitate internal communications.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies while coordinating procurement activities.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and professional visitors with top-tier hospitality.
  • Support the HR management team with attendance tracking, leave applications, and staff onboarding.
  • Liaise efficiently with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Assist in organizing corporate events, client inspections, and project meetings.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of proven experience in an administrative, secretarial, or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work with minimal supervision.
  • Prior working experience within the Nigerian real estate or property sector is an added advantage.
