Key Responsibilities- Issue, track, and manage customer invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor accounts receivable ledgers closely and proactively follow up on overdue payments.
- Reconcile complex customer accounts and investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Prepare comprehensive accounts receivable reports and aging analyses for management review.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to streamline the invoicing process and accelerate collections.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, or any related finance field.
- 1 to 2 years of proven, relevant professional experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
- In-process or completed professional accounting certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA) will be considered a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software, specifically Tally, and advanced competency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills with a commitment to maintaining positive client relationships.
