We are currently looking for a dedicated Accounts Payable & Receivable Executive to join our vibrant finance team in Nigeria, ensuring financial accuracy and supporting our continued expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice verification, matching, and timely vendor disbursements.
- Oversee accounts receivable operations, tracking customer payments, reconciling accounts, and actively following up on outstanding balances.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to assist management in cash flow forecasting.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve any financial discrepancies or vendor inquiries promptly.
- Ensure full compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and internal accounting policies.
- Collaborate closely with the procurement and sales departments to streamline financial workflows and inventory accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related business discipline.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven professional experience in accounts payable and receivable roles, preferably within the retail or fast-paced commercial sector.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective vendor and stakeholder management.
